San Luis Marble did a fabulous job installing our kitchen and bathroom counters. They were very kind, accommodating and professional and provided a great product and service. You can hardly see the seam on our large kitchen counter and we love how it turned out!

Consider my experience before hiring. SL marble made an appointment for 8:30 -12:00 on Monday, they texted me on Friday to confirm, because I had to drive 212 miles to make the appointment and I got up at 4:00 am so I can be there on time on Monday. I received another text to confirm that they were going to be there between 8-12pm, I waited until 11:30 and I called Kat and she told me that they canceled the appointment, I asked why they didn’t call or text me, so I could have avoided my to and from 424 mile drive, all for nothing, and the answer was “the computer did it”. We set another appointment for measurements and Zack, with an attitude, would not listen to what I wanted to have done and I explained to him which sink went with which bathroom and I offered to make the templates and he said I couldn’t go to the office, just email them the measurements. Guess what happened. They cut the wrong quartzite slab for the wrong bathrooms. After installation, it was discovered when they tried to install the cooktop, that they measured wrong and their person told me that they would have to take my stone to their shop to correct their mistake. They could not make the corrections on site. When they took my stone back to their shop, they broke a slab and now can’t find 2 slabs to match the 3 other slabs they installed. I have paid approximate 20k for the slabs and the cost of the labor to fabricate. I do not have a high opinion of the quality of their work. I am not happy with the “gap” between the cabinet and the slab. I would be very cautious about any promises they make concerning the work they propose to perform. If there was a zero rating, I would provide a zero. BE CAREFUL

Installation and quality of job was amazing. Installation guys were to helpful and great. Only issue is customer service person was worst experience to get hold of. Had to call numerous times and even scheduled install dates with me then canceled without telling me.
