I can't help to compare this business to other shoe repair places I have been where I've never had any problems. This place doesn't hold up. I took some rather expensive shoes here that had lost the entire sole because it became unglued. They tried to fix them a number of times, but their glue didn't stick, twice. This is the only place in my neighborhood, so I guess I'll have to take a trek elsewhere.

I have a voucher to get safety shoes from my work but if you want an exercise in frustration, then please, by all means visit this store. There are some basic requirements needed for the safety shoes I need, but at the end of the day, my safety department has to clear them. Unfortunately, one of the shop clerks refused to see if they carried shoes in my size since in his estimation, did not meet the safety requirements, which are already pretty lax to begin with. The store manager (I believe) said to just pick out any shoes I want as the safety requirements were already a little ambiguous, but the other store staff wouldn't get them for me. So you have contradicting messages coming from the store manager and clerk? or vice versa.. Anyways.. I won't be going back.. with such poor customer service, I think I'll be better off looking online.
