I wish I could give NO STARS! This company is garbage. They sent me a return label to send back my cable box. I took it to UPS and shipped it. They called me and told me that I didn’t ship it. I told them I did and a year later I get an $80 collection on my credit. My payment history is 100%. Why the heck would I want to keep their cable box (old as hell btw). This is just ridiculous. A note to anyone sending back their cable box, the email you receive with the label expires. You will want to record the tracking number because if you don’t, there is no way for you to show proof of return a year later. Since the link expires you won’t have access to the shipping label or tracking number basically screwing you. Say to go comcast/xfinity. Great way to treat a loyal customer of 6 years. To anyone listening, switch to T-Mobile wifi if you can. Cable is a dead industry. I look forward to the day that they are 100% obsolete.

Xfinity and Comcast offer the worse level of internet and customer service available. Unless it's your only option, seek service elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I LOVE HOW XFINITY COMCAST CALLS ME 4-5 TIMES A DAY TO SELL ME ADDITIONAL SERVICES WHEN MY INTERNET IS CONSTANTLY DROPPING OUT AND THEY REFUSE TO SEND A TECH UNLESS I PAY 100$ FOR IT. AWFUL.

Parents Internet/cable went out on Saturday. Parents called Xfinity. They were no help as well as not being able to send out a tech til the following Monday. My mothers business depends on the internet. Instead of Xfinity walking her through the troubleshooting process they decided not to do anything about it. The call center did not seem to care at all/showed no initiative to provide help (agent and supervisor). I went over their setup. It was a simple outlet that tripped with the powered coaxal cable. A 2 minute fix. Seriously south Florida Xfinity has the most rude and ill mannered customer service I ever have dealt with. Condescending tones, and a superiority complex. Slow speeds and overpriced as well. go with another service. Pictures below is the outlet that tripped/the issue.
