Great!

Disappointed towels have been eliminated. Hair and nail services, glorified paper towels are used, spa table is a rubber mat with a gyno paper pulled over it. Miss the warm towels. Please bring back the towels!

I had such a great experience here with getting a cut and style from April. I have thick, curly hair and it is difficult finding a hair stylist who can work with my hair. April did a fantastic job with my hair and she was extremely knowledgable about caring for curly hair. My cut took longer than the time allotted, and she still finished my blow out and made it look seamless. She recommended really great products as well! I loved my experience and would recommend her to anyone with curly hair!

Sad that Reve has resorted to only using paper towels for their services such as hair wash, manicure/pedicure, and facials. This level salon should have heated towels for all.

Call them
Depends on the stylist, sometimes they work until 9pm. Call and they will ask what time and day you need and will work with you.
I had my best experience with Janelle. The next time I went there, I still had a good job done on me by some guy but I don't know if he's still there or remember his name as he really didn't try to talk with me or even give me his card in the end and I know he and Janelle were the same level stylists. It was like he was annoyed with me even though I made an appointment. He was like have them schedule you for 2 hours because of how thick your hair is. Now Janelle didn't have any problems with me and that was my 1st experience with Reve. My last experience was the absolute worst with the lowest level stylist. Reve really never reached out to me in correcting that issue, nor did they even bother to send me a discount card or something for my birthday after coming back 10 years later. I may try Willow Creek Salon, which is on the 1st floor to the building on Monroe St in a red brick building for HFS Orthodontics. The stylist who met me told me she owned the building as Shamas before.
