Just left this place a few minutes ago. I was looking for a diamond ring and a necklace had to go elsewhere. I stood there waiting for someone to help me for 20 minutes in the same spot. No one even acknowledged me there ? I am stunned at how they don’t care about selling anything. There were at least 3 employees working and I guess they don’t need the money? Even when I decided I had waited long enough to be ignored and grabbed a business card and walk to the door you would have thought I was a ghost. I have never seen anything like it before?? All I can do is laugh because it was so ridiculous.

Horrible staff. I've heard them bickering like kids to eachother and gossiping about every customer that comes in RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. Very unprofessional.

Found a nice pocket knife here and saw some other products I'd be willing to return for. The staff and customer service is what really drives my 5 star rating. I plan to maybe purchase a more expensive item and will likely update my review.
