First time in to this store. Was greeted as I walked in, asked if I was looking for something, I said yes it’s right here thank you. And that was where the customer service ended. The merchandise is smashed in together no size organization, picked up several pieces of clothing that had previously fallen to the floor, found out on my own what the difference color dots represent. The only verbal interaction to be heard was two associates sitting at the check out facing each other discussing their personal lives with each other. I was already out the door when I was told to have a nice day. So disappointed. I work retail. I know how this works. Or should work. I’m all for giving people a chance at a job, but if they have no experience with the public or retail, or even work ethics, invest in some training. It will prove beneficial down the road.
