Do they take food stamps (ebt) for hot and cold foods?

They take it for cold food, but I'm not entirely sure about hot food however most corner stores do accept EBT for hot food now a days.

Why are UPS packages not being delivered at home. Home bound customers can not go to access points to pick up package because driver did not attempt to deliver.

Because there are so many scams going on that are overloaded with scan packages it would be great if you could be one in every city at least to start we're center point of the City downtown in the cities
