I gave 5 stars because of Brianna's customer service. She really went over and beyond for my fiance and I. We wanted to design a wedding band around a photo that I had found, so I made an appointment with Bryon. When that date came we were a little taken back that he wasn't even there? So I was immediately put into a space where I felt we wernt being taken care of. We were also told that they would need my engagement ring for 3 weeks in order to make the initial design. When 3 weeks came and went I called and was told they they needed it until I approved the renderings. Which we were not told. I felt like if they managed my expectations right off the bat I wouldn't have been so disappointed. The design process itself was not at all what we were expecting either, and honestly if it wasn't for Brianna I would have asked for our money back. Without her my experience would have been a 2 out of 5 stars. We picked up my ring today and it is STUNNING. She deserves all the recognition. This review is for her!

As I read the reviews I agree with almost all of it. They are very personable. When reading the reviews I noticed the common theme was issues with the engraving. So after spending a decent amount of money, I made sure to ask at least twice that the engraving would be correct. I was told there are pictures of the items to make sure and it will be perfect. Guess what??? The engraving on 2 of the watches was switched. When talking to Bri (the manager) the solution was they would take care of it tomorrow and I would be late to the event for the employees. Not to mention she told me she was "doing me a favor" by going to the other store to get the watch to be engraved that they did not do correctly. Customer service becomes lip service when you don't fulfil your obligation.

Got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All I needed was a copy of my receipt. The lndian lady with the glasses had no clue what she was doing. She even asked her manager for help. I waited 45 minutes and still no receipt. I literally walked out with frustration. Definitely not coming back at this location.
