As like every other customer experience - Pathetic and charges unnecessarily charges fees for any and every thing. Who charges so many fees already on the bill and then additional to pay the bill.

Unable to do a one time payment online banking information like every other utility company. Charges you a 5$ fee when using a credit card for "convenience" and pushes you to go paperless then stacks fees on it. When I called in the lady was rude and offered no help and kept telling to contact my apartment office who told me to contact the utility company.
