The lift chair I bought from Spim Life stopped working. When I called they wanted to sell me a $350 motor without knowing what was wrong and they expected me to replace it myself. Crazy! I found Frank on line. He came out and fixed my chair. It was not the motor. My next mobility device will be from DuPage Mobility Group.

I was having a tough time finding bike shops that specialize in fixing electric scooters. Though Frank and Scott admitted that they've never worked with electric scooters before but nonetheless, took on the challenge of repairing mine which had a faulty rear wheel that refused to run. Through trial and error, their dauntless persistence and technical prowess, was able to get it working again! Not only do they do excellent work, but I also love how they are so virtuous and honest. Highly recommended!

Frank is lightning quick responsive and caring. Had an emergency unplanned surgery and needed a recliner with lift immediately. He delivered and set one up within hours of request. They made an expected rough recovery so much better . It was such a relief having the chair set up and perfectly timed prior to my release from the hospital. Highly recommend them for your needs- true professionals and problem solvers with a great sense of urgency. Equally important is that they care.

Questions & Answers

What is the best way to clean mobility equipment?

Disinfectant products or power washing doesn’t do it. You need hot steam at 212°, which kills 99.9% of bacteria such as staph, e-coli, salmonella, mold and germs. This eliminates health hazard ramifications from cleaning with chemicals.

What is the best way to take care of your mobility equipment batteries?

Allow enough time for the battery to fully recharge each day. One common problem with scooter battery maintenance is that users do not actually fully recharge it daily.
