I and my daughter have just become clients of Sol Wave Water. The reason this review is so significant is that we all, as consumers, want first and foremost to be treated with personal respect vs just another account. Today, I initially had the privilege of meeting Michael who delivered the machine and bottled water. An absolutely wonderful person and a salt of the earth kind of guy. The true customer caring service he provided was remarkable and hope to see him again on refills. I also chatted with the owner Steve to let him know I’ve been around a long time and wanted to address the various accolades I had for Michael. Steve was just as enjoyable ..he’s a people person, hence, hires extremely well. I’ve not been solicited or asked by anyone to write my comments but, in this case, it sure feels good to know there’s wonderful people offering wonderful customer service. Parker Francis

I have had this service for a few years, I have attempted to reach someone for well over 6 weeks, I have spoken to 2 different employees that stated the manager/owner would return my call, it NEVER HAPPENS, I have a DI tank that is only suppose to be exchanged when it runs out, this is twice they have it exchanged it out without me requesting it which creates a $180 charge, I have emailed, called, inboxed on FB and absolutely NO RESPONSE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! And after stopping in an speaking to the owners wife Lori and an attempt to rectify the situation an employee showed up this morning removed my tanks discontinued our service with an invoice, this is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! An appt was made for Monday at 3 pm, however in an email the gm wanted to know what the issue was after this was discussed at length with his wife on Friday, this review was written a week before that conversation as we were frustrated with the no call backs I am perplexed how the owner states they returned my calls, emails etc it took me walking in the office after 6 weeks of being completely ignored so his response on here is totally inaccurate, furthermore I was never informed that the DI tank was on a 52 week exchange (my paperwork on the original order states no such verbiage I was told when the tank goes red call us and we will exchange it out period) that conversation only took place after my husband and I walked into the office to find out what was going on and Lori stated all DI tanks are on a 52 week exchange, they obviously do not appreciate my business or they would of returned the calls, emails that I placed over a 6 week period to all of which were completely ignored until I walked into their office to confront the situation.

My old Kenmore water softener stopped working. Steve came and found a broken hose and replaced it. But because it was so old the odds of the softener working with only a new hose was very low. The softener was started up and Steve cautioned to watch it in case it overflowed again. I checked it the next morning but it wasn't clear whether the softener actually had regenerated. The only way to find out was to test the water Since I am handicapped there was no way for me to get what was needed to test. Steve who was deeply involved in a major project, went out of his way to come and test the water. He told me the water was soft. His coming was over, and above what could normally be expected of someone involved in a major project. I'm sure sure he would have rather sold me a new softener. But he didn't push that at all. He was just glad to have been of help. I am extremely appreciative.

Outside you can fill one gallon or 5 gallon containers. They may be able to accommodate your needs through their office at Santa Barbara & Ortega st.
