Expertly composed dishes that play to the strength of fresh seasonal ingredients. Even the lettuce salad and grilled avocados were standouts from flavor perspective. The most interesting dish I tried at the restaurant is the tagliatelle with smoked broth and mushrooms, which showcases the chef’s creativity and understanding of creating complex flavors without use of meat - nothing against meat, but when a vegetarian dish can make you not miss meat, that’s exciting.
