Unfortunately my tire was unable to be patched. Have 4 new tires at a great price. After the tires arrived I came up in and was done in about 30mins. Mike stalker was amazing!! All of the staff were friendly and kind. Mike went above and beyond.

If you schedule an appointment on the Big O website and get a tire price, DO NOT COUNT ON IT! The price it quotes you is a "carry out" price! Who on earth buys 4 tires, picks them up and installs them at home? Uh....nobody. Bait and switch. Very dishonest. When I brought it up to management, it was embarrassing listening to them trying to justify. The manager said, "You didn't think that price was installed!" I said run my credit card and I won't be back.

Got a nail in my tire on the way to work, was able to make it here quickly! They were able to repair within the hour and repaired for no cost. I was so satisfied with that experience that I brought my work truck in the following week for new tires and an oil change which were all done fast and professionally! Thank you guys! Nicest automotive shop around!
