This cvs has the worst quality pharmacy I've ever been to. Firstly, their turnout rate is incredible, because every month another employee is gone and a new one is present. So either the boss isn't doing a great job, or they're not hiring people that want to work. (Which is unfortunate for this company) That being said, it's most likely has very much to do with their disorganization and mishandling of medications. My prescriptions are often not available when they say they are, and they are almost never prepared together, which forces me to make multiple trips to get all of the medicine I need. You're better off getting a mail in pharmacy, like Wellcare or Goodrx. Most insurance agencies will have a mail order pharmacy on file and you can ask for that. But don't come here. They also give absolutely 0% concern for your wellness and feedback of their services.

We go to every CVS pharmacy around. New Albany, Clarksville, Louisville..and the New Albany CVS pharmacy is the absolute worst. The people who work here are so rude and you'll have a prescription sitting for days that they somehow never have time to fill. I try to avoid this one as much as I can. I think they need a total over haul of how they do things and how they talk to customers
