Worst pharmacy in New Albany!!!! The drive thru is never opened big inconvenience for everyone. They aren't filling prescriptions the time they are suppose to. So that makes people do WITHOUT their meds!!!!! Horrible customer service!! I am changing my pharmacy ASAP!!!

Very worried about the data breach. Ever since the breach my medical information has been used. Kroger has made no offer to fix the issue. I guess they are doing their best since the shortage of workers. Most of the staff are pretty nice except for a couple of grumpy butts.

Automated system told me a prescription would be ready for pickup after 8pm.. I show up at 8:05 to a closed pharmacy with no one in sight. Good thing this wasn’t a life saving medication.
