Ordered through GrubHub at 1:12pm with expected delivery between 1:45-1:55pm. After an hour and half, I called to check the status of my order. I was initially put on hold because they clearly didn't have my order and then somehow I was disconnected. I called back and explained the situation again and was told their driver left for the day. Then was told my order would be delivered in 30 minutes. No apology or anything. It's been over an hour and my order still hasn't been delivered... and they are closed for the day. No phone call or message through GrubHub letting me know they couldn't deliver. Such a terrible experience. My family would order regularly for pickup but never again. I understand places getting busy or having driver issues... but the lack of customer service and communication is ridiculous. The food is good.. but not that good. If you plan to order from Al's...NEVER order for delivery unless you want to starve waiting for it.

If you want fresh food n delicious food made daily, then go to Al's. They have delicious hoagies and its packed with lunchmeat.
