Wasn’t going to write a review because when I talked to the manager she appeared to be nice, but i just read another comment about the employee Natalie so I had to comment. I called to order a breakfast sandwich and about 5 mins out I realized I forgot my card. I called to see if my boyfriend could pay over the phone since I was right around the corner. Whoever picked up the phone said that was fine and she was transferring me to the girl at the register. So now I’m on 3 way with the girl who asked for my bfs card numbers, at the time it was very hard to hear , and my bf said he can’t really hear and her response was “ oh they’re blasting the music” .. we’ll ask to lower it?? Anyway, he gives her the numbers , she’s ask him to repeat the first 4 because he “talked too fast” , he repeated the numbers and the girl on the other line goes “ I’m losing my patience with this guy” .. maybe you could hear if you turned the music down…… she then I guess passes the phone to a man who answered “ what’s the problem” .. So of course I’m like wait what??? You’re throwing an attitude because the music on YOUR end is loud and you can’t hear ?? So I ask the man did she just say “ she’s losing her patience?” He responds “ it’s busy”. Listen, no matter how busy and I know for a fact no one on our end had an attitude I had to go in and say something. I usually don’t say anything but the girl was so blatantly ignorant , I went into the place and asked to speak to a manager. Manager appeared friendly and it’s disappointing to a business to have someone so ignorant picking up the phone. Before walking out I asked a girl at the front if it was her who answered the phone and she said it was “ Natalie” , there is another comment about this girls attitude and obviously she is an issue. I inquired who was the girl was at the front because I wanted to understand why she had an attitude but continued to walk out because the manager stated she would handle it. I hope she did because I heard good things about the place but rather not deal with an attitude at 11 am.
