Poorest restaurant experience I’ve had in years. Food and service were horrible. Never greeted by server had to ask for service. Bread was cold and stale, really inedible. Salad was iceberg lettuce and tomato? Husbands food was sweet and tasted strange, my ravioli were undercooked, cold, and flavorless. As we sat with full plates in front of us not eating, our server sat at the table next to us to add up bills, not even bothering to ask how everything was. By the way our bill was wrong at the end, prices higher than the menu. Oh and an obnoxious buzzer goes off from the kitchen for you to enjoy for your entire horrible meal.

The service took an hour to even take orders, and once we finally got our food, the sauce was bland and the pasta overcooked. My wife said the pizza crust tasted like saltine crackers. I also noticed that the steaks they offer are only offered medium well, to well done. Why even bother serving steak if you can't prepare it without overcooking it. Best part of the experience was the atmosphere.
