Everyone is extremely helpful and efficient at this Station. I have worked with them for several years now issuing Phytosanitary certificates and I was always given a solution. Very nice people and really professional as well

I have tried to call them to get an appointment and it s true it very hard to have them on the phone . So we decided to walk in around 7:30am. They welcome us with a big smile , they were super nice and it takes 24hours to get your certificate . I was a little scared after I rode the reviews I shouldn t , they were super nice and welcoming

Not sure what those complains about. Twice I did an oppointment and twice it took 15 minutes to complete this. Now they have callback system - call them and explain your need, phone number. That is all you need. Walkins have problems, but even they have tome since 7am to 10am to leave papers an get them in 24 hours. Taking into account that for pets each contry has own restrictions there is no need to do than in advance - a few days are more than enough to pass thru the procedure. Keep track they working hours and all will be good with you and your pet.

Extremely inaccessible. Good luck getting your pet out of the country.
