I was a repeat customer at this location and took my car to get the window regulator replaced (easily diagnosed by watching a YouTube video; even stated the issue on my key drop off envelope) an oil change and emissions/inspection. Was quoted $850 for those services and to replace the window motor. Declined the work and took it to another garage (was charged $200 for an emissions sticker and “Mazda’s” diagnosis). I paid $280 for everything (Mazda certified regulator) at the other place, minus the window motor… since that worked fine and didn’t actually need replaced. Don’t be afraid to get multiple estimates. Most garages can get any part (dealership parts as well). It’s safe to say I personally won’t be taking my car to this location again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it from my experience, and hope some other people can save some money and put it towards some of their other expenses.

Don't trust them, they lied to me. Had more problems after they worked on it. if people don't like their jobs and can't do it best they can , stay home and find another job. They want me to come in and look at the problems, never! I'm not made of money. I'll find someone who has pride in there work. If you work there and your reading this DON'T CONTACT ME!

Taylor was absolutely amazing with helping me get into a new car. After a bad accident I needed assistance and after attempts at other dealerships this was the first place to really assist me in an honest manner. Joe in the finance department sat with me and answered any question I had honestly. Awesome experience and I HIGHLY recommend.
