They have a bunch of untrained new people at this location. 1 person told me if it rained within 24 hours of my wash i could get a rewash for free and when i came back the person on duty refused to honor that. The assistant manager Taylor does not know the company policies and instead of taking care of the customer she put the blame on the new employees. They have lost my business.

Ok so my story starts with a really negative thing, but they are 5/5 why? I have only used this place once. 5/5 wash. When I went I was charged $30 for a single wash. I don't wash my car more than 2 or 3 times a year and mostly by hand. So I didn't know that was the membership price. I gave the person my card and email. I didn't know I had signed up for a membership. Got car washed didn't go back. 2 months after I notice a $32 charge on my card and realize what had happened. I had gotten a $94 car wash by this point. I was angry, and I live close. So I waked over, and up to the hero of the story Tayler. Tayler is an employee and Assistant manager. I told her my situation. She showed empathy, understanding, and helped me get a hold of customer service. She went above and beyond. So thank you Quick Quack for hiring her. (Maybe she deserves a raise?) I now don't feel angry or cheated, and my car needs to get washed soon. Might as well give them another chance. I liked the wash.

Members BEWARE! We have been a long member with Quick Quack at the Antelope location. A couple of weeks ago, I took my Acura TL for a wash at the drive thru like I normally do. But, during this visit when going thru the wash, the last positioning cloth-strip curtain, it pulled the driver side wipers off the car damaging it. I reported the incident with one of the employee and she entered the incident report in her tablet. She informed me that a supervisor will be reaching out to provide my reimbursement caused by the car wash. It took the supervisor 5 days to reach out to me and the call happened late in the evening hours, so I was not able to pick up. I returned the call the following day when I noticed the call and left the supervisor a message. Again, it took the supervisor a few days to return my call and again, the call happened close to 7pm and I was not able to connect. I then called back the following day and left another message informing the supervisor that we are having trouble connecting so it's best if we communicated vis email and I provided him with my email address. I waited a few days and did not receive any email or a call back so I proceed to call on my own and again I left a voice message. It's clear at this point that the supervisor is incapable of doing their job. So far I have yet to receive reimbursement to my broken wiper blade due to the car wash. So I am writing this review to warn members that it takes a lot to get or get reimburse for any damages done to your vehicle and to make the matter even worst, we have been a long time members with Quick Quack Car Wash.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a few of the superstars that work at the Antelope location. Thea, Dav, and Cam go out of their way to to make sure that my expectations are exceeded each and every time that I swing by to get my car washed. Professional, friendly, genuine, committed, hard working and personal service all come to mind when I think about how to describe this trio. I have very high standards and expectations for the service I receive. Honestly most stores or companies that I choose to spend my money on often fall short, but not this team. I would highly encourage the organization to recognize their value, develop and support them, and utilize them as future leaders, because if not someone like myself will come recruiting. Thank you so much Thea, Dav and Cam for making the world and our community a better place. I salute you.
