Decent gym but it should be open 24 hours like the name implies.

Super hot and humid, no air circulation. The equipment always smells like asparagus & urine. Plates are always super sticky. I registered because my old gym closed too early, come to find out this gym closes at 8-10 pm and is not 24/7. I really regret coming here.

3 stars for horrible water taste, way overdo cardio equipment maintenance, overall cleanliness (left a water bottle, was there 24 fitness hours later), and it's a hot gym. Other than the staff is nice, it does the job with no frills. It's no Folsom or Downtown location, I'll tell you that. It's not even Roseville, although Roseville is even more behind on cardio equipment maintenance.

Nice gym, staff, clean, just need to expand their hours, people from roseville and other 24 hr fitness come to the antelope location, expanding the hours even if not 24 hrs but past 9 pm would be helpful, at least midnight closing would be fine!
