How wheelchair accessible is this place?

Fairly accesible. The grounds are practically a garden so it is flat with some uneven paving stones here and there, but it is accessible. Can't speak to the Adobe because it was closed anyway.

No fee. Free. Donations are welcome. We're open Saturday and Sunday (unless there is a closed private event) from 11AM to 5PM. From April to October. You can bring a picnic and enjoy the gardens and or tour the Adobe with a docent.
