I have been going here since 2015 with my two Corollas for oil changes and never had a problem. Now they tell me they have a new rule after 3:30pm if your car has more then 25000 miles on it I can’t get an oil change. Service is open till 7. All I want is to get the oil changed. So basically now I have to take my business somewhere else. I didn’t think I would have to take the day off so I can get an oil change. People do have to work.

Bought a bed mat for my Tacoma through their online service and it came in in 1 day, but the thing that really impressed me was how polite everyone was, either on the phone or in person, very polite like people used to be years ago. Oh, and they were BY FAR the least expensive for the bed mat in the area, almost half of what the dealer close to me wanted for it!

The best advice I can give you is to have it looked at by a technician to determine the extent of the damage
Would recommend setting an appointment up. Worst case is to call in first and see. Showing up without an appointment would cause you to wait until a technician freed up to work on your car
