So apparently PG&E no longer does gas for SLO. I called to get my service started and they told me that they couldn't turn it on until Tuesday July 5th? That's 8 days without hot water. I've got 3 kids. These people obviously need to hire more people!

Double charged me on a payment, overdrafted my account and said the can't reimburse. Unbelievable. I've never hated a company more. Despicable.

Questions & Answers

Do you service a gas range that is shooting flames erratically? Also cleaning girls dismantled burners to clean yesterday, now I can't replace correctly and the burners do not ignite.
