I recently commissioned Shuren Upholstery to help me with a bay window bench. I wanted to add cushions to create more comfortable seating in my kitchen. From start to finish, Tom was very accommodating and helpful. Tom helped me pick fabric from his many selections that could withstand wear and tear, and he understood my budget. I was able to email him photos of the bay window bench and the measurements, and he was able to create cushions that fit perfectly in my space. He and his staff helped me select a fabric that kept my project on budget and still had the quality I wanted. Shuren Upholstery completed the project quickly. The receptionist even stayed a little after 5PM when I hit traffic on my way to their store so I could get my cushions the day they were complete. I’ve had many compliments on the final product and it’s quickly becoming a popular spot in my house! I never ordered any kind of custom upholstery before. Tom and everyone at Shuren Upholstery explained everything I needed to know each step of the way. They took great care to understand my needs and answer questions patiently.
