My parents live in an area contracted out to this company for recycling. One day, no recycling was collected on the block. My mother emailed to ask for someone to come pick up - and when they did, instead of picking it up, they responded with an email with an image pointing out every little thing that was apparently now "unrecyclable." Well I guess your employees have been missing the mark for years then - because we've been recycling the same way for years. Just felt like an unprofessional way to respond to simply not showing up and doing the job as originally promised. Almost as if they were looking for an excuse to provide for the lack of pickup.

I worked for this place and honestly I never write reviews, but this place is just as trash as the garbage they collect. Poor management, poor maintenance of vehicles, poor safety, and worst of all their union is trying to get me to pay dues for the month of July when I quit in the first week of June.
