I have lived here for over four years, I have a one bedroom corner unit on the fourth floor with a view of the pool and lake. There are many things I love about my apartment, including the high ceilings, porcelain tile floors, bathroom design, granite countertops, soft-close cabinets and drawers, and so forth. But the reason I’m writing this review today is to compliment the management and the maintenance and housekeeping staff. The buildings and grounds are well-maintained, always kept clean and in good repair. On the rare occasion when I have had a maintenance issue, the response has been fast and efficient with repairs completed in less than a day. I have even pointed out some things outside of my unit in common areas, such as lightbulbs burned out, and they take care of those right away. Of course, being in proximity to Alton Town Center, so close to I-95 and only 4 miles from the beach, it is really ideally located.

Love the community here, the people who live here are respectful and polite. Love walking to Alton Town Center daily. It’s dog friendly and kid friendly. It’s kept clean, safe and maintenance is a call away. The cabinets in the units are soft close and it’s all tile flooring, impact doors & high ceilings.
