Something needs to be done about the mail carrier Tom, who delivers mail in Mason Ave, Mathias Ave area. We have had NUMEROUS subscription packages that state they are delivered on the dashboard that never arrive. We receive mail addressed to other people at least every other day. Then you try to contact the Postal Service to be told "Oh, you need to file a complaint." People pay alot of money, for things, and put alot of trust into the Postal Service. And the fact that this man, although we have complained about him hundreds of times, is still allowed to deliver (or rather screw up) mail in the City is disgusting. He needs to be terminated because he clearly lacks the skills to do an important job properly.

I'm missing mail ALL the time I would have given zero stars but I had to pick one to leave a review. I'll use UPS and FedEx to mail anything because if it gets to the destination it shows up months later. Worst post office EVER!!

Terrible service after picking up my mail for months, they still cant just send my mail??? worst post office in America!!!!
