everyone here is lovely except Judy in the pharmacy treats me super weird every time i’m in there??? she also gave me the wrong pharmacy hours? idk if i give off a bad vibe or what but professionalism is always good & i’d imagine it’s a lot worse for some other folks.

I've been a customer for more than 20 years. With the very notable exceptions of Judy and Katrina, customer service in the pharmacy has severely turned to garbage-- whether it's trying to give me a different Evan Peterson's medications, shorting me my blood pressure medications and claiming I picked them up (they NEVER verify with you what meds you're getting or signing for), being outright rude & argumentative (Dan), or being condescending and patronizing if you have a problem. After 20 years Im thinking of moving my business elsewhere

I’ve heard of the older problems this store has had in the past. But since being under new management. The roots may have been faulty, but the tree has changed. The store is clean, restrooms are clean as well. The work staff are polite & courteous to each and every person that walks in. I’ve been to plenty of Rite Aid’s statewide, and can tell that the individuals working at this location, care. Not only for the customers, or the store, but how their reputation precedes them. I have always been treated with respect since shopping here, and I will continue to do so. My hope is that, people try out this store before they judge it. Thank you.❤️

When I visited this store I didn’t expect the cashier to ask me and then go with me to find what I was looking for, and if not for his help I would have left without it. I was so impressed I applied there for work! If you want good service and to avoid the rat race at Walmart, this is a good alternative!
