I called to inquire about the covid testing and the woman on the phone didn’t have a clue what she was talking about. She didn’t even know the difference between antigen and antibody tests. She said tests cost 130 for those who are insured and 0 to those who are uninsured. Please make that make sense. Since it was clear as day she didn’t know what she was talking about I requested to just have the doctor answer my questions who never bothered to call to get back to me like she said they would. It’s bad enough to know literally nothing about something that’s part of your job, but having an unprofessional attitude makes it worse. There are so many other locations that offer testing I can’t even imagine why I’d recommend this place to anyone.
