Check in, check out, went super easy. Front desk staff were very kind. Our room was clean and smelled like a clean room. We were very pleased with our stay. We didn't use the pool, or any of the amenities because we arrived too late. I would definitely recommend this Best Western to everyone. Thank you for doing a great job keeping your business clean and safe.

This is my second time staying at Best Western Eagle's Inn in Morehead while on business. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is very good, and the location was perfect. I Highly recommend this hotel.

Paid 150.00 and no parking for truck and boat. Also had hair left in the shower. Always carry bleach fellow travelers! We have stayed here before. It is usually very nice.

If I could rate it as a “no star.” I would. The general messenger robbed my husband and I out of $97.73 and is refusing to fix it. She charges my credit card $97.73 for Wednesday night, my husband came in around 11:30 on Thursday morning and added on another night which should have been $106. They charged him $204. We caught the error a few hours later and told lady at the front desk about it and she was supposed to refund MY $97.73 from the first night, she did supposedly. The payment is still pending. The $204 would have been on my husbands card for both nights, we agreed to that. We walked outside and noticed she took off $97.73 off of his credit card. So now he has a charge for $204.77 and a charge for $97.73 for two nights. The night shift even said they didn’t understand how the lady made this error since she was the GENERAL MANAGER and that she would be in at 7 AM. Well how bizarre, she didn’t come in today and won’t give us a phone call.
