A group of us went to this Cracker Barrel as we were visiting the area. We ordered our food and ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours before any food actually showed up. My order of roast beef was cold and had no gravy and the baked apple was apple sauce. Sent it back only a few of us actually got some food. It didn't come with biscuits or corn bread. I did insist that the 9 of us did not pay for our meal. The manager did agree. I believe that I should not have had to present our request to not pay as there was no valid reason for us not to have any of our orders actually come out with an entire meal correct. The manager should have offered this immediately and ensured that we did receive the corn bread and biscuits.

Rat Man

The mashed potatoes where a hard clumpy mess and the Mac & cheese was burnt and dry. Both inedible. The chicken and dumplings tasted solid as always, but there was only one chicken tender in them. Service was okay, but we didn’t get straws until way after our drinks, we didn’t get silverware for 5 minutes AFTER our food was on the table. Also they were out of kids cups and to go cups on a Friday night.

Good food and excellent service received. I returned to eat here and I was early for dinner. I received excellent service again. Good service is always reflected in my tip.I ordered the Friday Fish special which was 3 piece cod filets with 2 sides, a salad with vinagrette dressing (which was fresh and delicious), a baked potato and I also ordered fried okra, water and coffee. MY WAITRESS WAS THE BEST. My coffee never got cold. The fish was excellent and accompanied by an outstanding tartar sauce. It was a real pleasure to dine here. This Cracker Barrel gets an easy 5 stars from me. 😊

Absolutely superb. It was a life-changing experience for me. My view to the American comfort cuisine was completely altered. I enjoyed the roast beef and fried okra. Highly recommend!
