Room smells awful,housekeeping don't clean fully,wifi sucks & can't use the pool till 3pm an it closed at 9pm

We arrived at midnight looking to get some sleep before the next long part of our drive back to MN, first they tried putting us in a room that was clearly under construction we did end up with a different room but once we had just got to sleep the fire alarm went off, thank God it was a false alarm but then only a few hours later after only a couple hours of sleep due to the interruption I got up and headed down to get some ice. While I was in the elevator it got stuck with me un it!!! Worst stay ever, 89 dollar mistake. I warn ⚠️ people DO NOT STOP HERE!!!!! Oh and breakfast was a lie!!

Very nice employees! They allow pets which is awesome. The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast isn't much. I would stay there again.

At check in, the desk clerk smacked a roach crawling across her work space (she claimed it was a fly when I asked – in January). The bed spreads and sheets were stained. As were the washcloths. The ceiling in the bathroom had weird stains too. I had to wash the coffee pot out using the hotel shampoo and a wash cloth before I felt comfortable using it (after it left black drips in the sink when I rinsed it). If I hadn't been stranded in a snow storm, I wouldn't have stayed. Edit to add: The non-stained washcloth had paint or silicone stuck all over it. It's also 6 a.m. and my neighbor's TV is blaring. I asked the desk clerk to have them turn it down and she said I would have to tune it out because she didn't want THEM calling corporate on her.
