I use this pharmacy regularly and like it. We always have our prescriptions filled here and have had no negative experiences or issues. The pharmacists have always been helpful.

This CVS pharmacy is probably the worse I’ve encountered. They do not pick up the pharmacy phone and they are outright lazy. Twice I’ve submitted prescriptions they do not have for 3-4 days when I have been ill. The first time I asked if any other CVS had it and they suggested I call around and check. Really? Isn’t their computer system set up to do that? When I suggested she do it on her computer system she did and told me there was nothing within a 20 mile radius. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and he told me my prescription was the same as Allegra over the counter med. The pharmacist was helpful. Second time I submitted a prescription for Bromfed and again not in 3-4 days due to manufacturers. I asked them to fax my doctor and ask what other med could replace it. I called CVS the next day to make sure it had been done but no one answered. Today I called the doctor and they did not receive the Fax to change my prescription. These people are not going to put one ounce of energy towards finding a solution to any problem you may have or use common sense to help you get your meds. Find another CVS and you may have better luck, but this one is not the one for you.

Every time I try to call the pharmacy, I wait on hold from anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour, only to have them hang up the phone. I get that they’re understaffed but people need their medication 🤷🏻‍♀️
