Service is terrible, the waitresses literally be standing close to the table watching and despite it being all you can they have the check ready before the second plate, the crab station is not a joke when I say people literally stand and wait tapping their foot for the next load of crabs. Don't get me wrong the food is ok but the service is awful. Did I mention they have the cops on speed dial and accussed a few people of not paying, and were dead wrong. I only will go back if the other ruby closed

I think the price is a little high.seeing as how one or two people dominate the crabs.I saw a man load up his plate then made his daughter stand there and wait for another tray to come out.if you are paying 15 dollars for a buffet there should be a better way to complete your mail,instead if watching the same people hog the line for snow crabs.

In philadelphia Ruby Buffet you do NOT need proof of vaccination. You DO need a mask. They will supply plastic gloves & sanitizer to serve yourself at the various buffet stations. So eat and enjoy the food is VERY TASTY.
