Made an order for delivery, waited two hours and nothing. I call and ask what happened and the guy very clearly annoyed goes “Two hours is the regular wait time,” when they told us 45 minutes. Another hour goes by and I call again, it’s a new guy he’s very nice. He informs us that our order was cancelled hours ago. We never received a call or any updates. Im very disappointed as it wasn’t a big order, Pizza and Wings. I find it horrible how I had to wait three hours to know my pizza was cancelled. This is not my first bad experience with Papa Nicks however the most memorable. Please save your time and don’t buy here.

I honestly hate this too . Smhhhh!! I never carry cash . This is the closest pizza store to me , and I don’t order from them no more because it’s such an inconvenience to have to go to the atm to get cash and then come home to order. If you guys live in the area , order from Quality Pizza for delivery . That’s my go to pizza spot now . The food comes in 45 mins or less. Sometimes 30 mins . Prices are great . And they take credit card payments over the phone .
