Recently we lost our grandmother and so we had to plan her funeral. Glen Abbey was absolutely wonderful to work with. A special thanks to Guillermo who took care of every little detail, answered every question, would always get back to us immediately. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Another special thank you to Angela and Vicky. I had the pleasure of meeting them at the viewing and for the graveside services. Angela was the absolute sweetest, very caring and also took care of every little detail, also went above and beyond. Vicky even shared some of the historic events my grandma lived through at her graveside services. Just very personable and caring people. From the planning to the actual services, everyone we worked with was wonderful, professional and caring. We are very pleased with their services. My mom was so happy with them that she decided to purchase her plot there at Glen Abbey too.

We had our mother’s funeral today at Glen Abbey Memorial and everything went very well thanks to its representatives like Guillermo Vaca. We had a viewing service, a funeral service with one of their pastors, and a burial service. All services were well coordinated by their representatives. We even had the reception there, also well managed by its representative. We couldn’t have done it without your guidance. Thank you.

The staff at Glenn Abbey was so helpful during our time of loss. We worked with Jill as our funeral arranger who far exceeded our expectations. She was attentive, caring and ensured all our needs were met. When we had questions, she responded within ten minutes or less. The visitation and burial service was a beautiful tribute to our Father and are just blessed to work with such an amazing staff.

My sweet mother has been buried for over a year and a half and still no headstone. We celebrated her year anniversary with no headstone(name marker). As Filipino tradition, it is very important(special) to see love ones in peace, celebrate death anniversary, shared memories, and prayers with the family. It is sad to see our mom's grave with no proper headstone for such a long time. My parents paid and save their hard earned money to have a peaceful final resting place. They guaranteed 100% full professional service when my parents purchased the plot! All services was paid in full at the time, including head marker and to this day no help from the staff. I won’t even begin to tell you the run around they have given us. They don't have any exact answer to when they will put my mom's headstone. This is very sad, and we hope this will not happen to anyone's family in the future. Melanie (Assistant Family Service Manager) was no help at all!!! Legal action will be the next step.
