I am currently an employee at Riverway who is absolutely passionate and ardent about what I do. This facility that we all call home is full of joy and love. I’ve been in the medical/nursing field for about 8 years and I have to say that this facility has been the most amazing work environment I have ever stepped foot in. Teamwork is a huge word/action here in our facility that we stand by. We do everything in our power to achieve our residents requests promptly and safely. Every time I start my shift it brings me full enjoyment seeing our residents do activities and hearing them call Riverway their home. We will do anything for our loved ones to feel comfortable and welcomed. Our staff protects, loves, and cares for our residents 24/7 day and night.

First and foremost I have been a CNA/Med Tech at Riverway on and off for coming on 4 years. It has by far been one of the best facility’s I have worked at. I have worked with some of the best residents and staff! The staff has always been great at communication between shifts and to family’s with any concerns on their loved ones. The RCC is one of the best I’ve ever met she is very thorough in her job and makes sure the best care is given to the residents and the staff. She is always the first one to offer help to her staff and the residents! The Admin is always looking at ways to better the life of the residents and families of the residents at Riverway. The kitchen staff is always giving only the best meals and lots of options incase a resident doesn’t like the main dish. Housekeeping is always doing their very best of making sure rooms are cleaned to the best of the ability. Riverway has its flaws like all facility’s but, that’s what makes them who they are! Riverway at the end of the day makes sure they give the best care to the residents and make them feel loved and like people not just a number! I recommend Riverway if you are looking for the best care. They will treat them like family.
