I called this shipping company for assistance and information. I spoke to someone named Jade or that is the name given. I spoke to her twice, she informed me she would check around for a international shipping company, she took my name, phone # and email address as well. She never helped me, she never responded. Jade could have informed me at my 1st inquiry that she was not able to assist me instead of lying. Someone should tell her she does not need to be a pathetic liar and has bad customer service skills. Who wants to work with a company that allows this. Besides this bad review I will also let my about 250 friends and family to not bother with this company

I am a sculptor and often ship work to either coast and often do my own packing/crating. But with a recent much larger work, I hired Navis and am SO happy I did. The whole process exceeded my expectations and as an added bonus, I was able to purchase insurance directly from them as opposed to using a 3rd party. The sculpture was meticulously packed and even the installers commented on how well the sculpture was crated. I am a very pleased customer!

Yes. When your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a website address and tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment if available through the carrier.
Our standard turnaround time for domestic shipments is 10-14 business days from pickup to delivery. For our blanket or pad wrap service it ranges from 3 to 10 weeks.
Yes. However, if you pack your own items they are classified as "Packed by Owner" which then can only have declared value coverage for disappearance.
Unfortunately, we do not ship animals of any kind.
Yes, we are licensed and certified by the Federal Maritime Commission. The typical time frame is 4-6 weeks for international ocean shipments and 7-10 days for international air freight shipments.
