Well maintained gardens with nice benches to sit and relax. We spent close to two hours lounging here while our kids played and ran across the garden and had great fun. There is also a nice play area right across the road.

Always check their web page for updates, the flowers bloom in stages. The web page has a camera view providing a good view.
Yes!! Its a park to enjoy !! I can say I have seen leashed dogs there. 🐕 Please have biodegradable pickup bags available. "Bathroom" facilities are located across the street

Seed pods. Cut them off. Only breeders want seeds. Plants are stronger if the flowers are never allowed to produce seeds. This is true for other perennial flowers and annuals as well, although some things like dill are grown for seed.
Depending on how fast you can here, the flowers are at peak Bloom right now. Great time to visit
I was there today and they were in bloom but what I noticed was some had already bloomed. There were plenty in bloom today and since this weekend is supposed to be beautiful I imagine more Iris will be in bloom. So go this weekend if you can. If you want to visit the gift shop go before June 2nd it will close for the season. It's open from 10am - 3pm daily until June 2nd. Enjoy😊
According to their website the 2019 schedule for the "Bloom Room" gift shop is open from May 10th thru June 2nd from 10am to 3pm daily.

Mid to late May. There are usually blooms to see at our Mother's Day lunch, but peak comes a couple of weeks later. Many factors determine peak. We have no way to predict.
