Awesome service! My PC was Blue-screening to the point where I couldn't even boot it. Paul diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. I needed a new Solid-State Drive, and that takes time to setup and transfer my data/files, but Paul had a drive, and he was able to get my PC back to me the same day - and that was on a Sunday. My PC is now running great again!!!
