Moving in was super easy! Staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I referred a lot of my friends right away. I even had a neighbor help move my couch in! That doesn’t happen!!!

We lived in 206B on Lexington Drive for 2 years and had no issues at all. That was until we got a knock from maintenance the day before Thanksgiving saying they needed to come in for a leak. No big deal. They opened the water heater closet to a wall covered in mold. It wasn’t until I mentioned they need to do something about the mold and threatened to call my husband they had a water restoration company come out. They did not remove the wall that was covered in mold, they just wiped the surface mold. It took 2 weeks for anyone to come back out to fix the actual leak in unit 206A. It had been a month and no one had came back in to even check or remove the fan they had going. They gave us zero communication. No one knew what was going on. No notice on when people would be coming out to fix the issue. They dropped the ball on this entire thing. Do not rent from them, they do not care that there renters are living in a mold infested environment

Do NOT move here! They are over priced. Staff will place nice at first but they are rude. There is black mold everywhere. Black mold will appear soon after you move in. They do not properly clean anything with black mold. All the appliances are old and need fixed. A neighbor needed their appliances fixed a day after they moved in. Paper thin walls. You hear everything. There are cracks within the ceilings and the doorframe is taped together but covered up with paint so it can blend in. The only thing great about the complex are the neighbors. Other than that it is not worth it. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Save your money, your time, and your health!

We are new residents. But so far we really like the Apartments. Customer service was awesome, they made things easy for us and very understanding. Love the fact that we're right next to the big pool. Have an open FREE gym. The apartment itself is a good decent size for those just starting out renting. Especially if your military, which they also have the RPP program, looking for off post housing. Its close to Ft. Campbell(15-17min) drive. Depending on traffic and time of day. They have plenty of playgrounds for little ones, and are pet friendly. I recommend Gussie as your rental agent. She definitely helped out a lot and was very nice about the whole process.
