Yesterday rented an All Electric Car/KIA. We were upgraded to the KIA and I must say, what an amazing vehicle. This place is the ONLY place we rent a vehicle from when needed. Everyone there is just outstanding, but Jonathan Crawford waited on us yesterday and he was more than perfect! He made sure he showed us how everything worked on the vehicle, he even had us get in the vehicle with him and he showed us how everything worked while driving it. We got the vehicle back before they closed and it wasn't like we were just another number, he even let us know they had in house financing if we wanted to buy a car, cause we had mentioned we were looking for a 3rd vehicle. He took down my name and number and said he would have someone give us a call. We stood around and talked a bit. He is very people orientated and I hope he's there again when we have to rent another vehicle. I do have to say the renting process was very smooth and quick. A++++++ on this place and our salesman. He really ROCKS!

The young men who were at the front desk and in the service area were both available and kind. Several people were waiting and each of us was greeted and attended to quickly. I will be back if I need a rental.
