Some units have been remodeled to all hardwood Vinyl floors, the decks were all redone this year, and some light fixtures and Aesthetics have been redone. Occasionally you will see some pests and roaches, but the spray regularly but most tenants don't let them spray which probably makes it inefficient. No washer or dryer. Water is included in rent so all u pay is power bill. It's value is mostly just in the location. Alliance Reality just took them over recently.
