I went to get my dad a ID and the young lady was very nice but then they said the sent me a email which I never received to show my dads birth certificate which I was never told. I ask the young lady to speak to a manager and Nick was so rude to me and said never mind you with his hands and called my father. He said all I can do is give you a senior ID which that’s what I needed. Finally after his big show my dad received his ID Nick was the worse he made my dads pressure go up he’s 80 . I really think COVID would bring out the best in people I really think they did not want to be there. Also the young man that made the ID did not even acknowledge my father unprofessional. New hires please. I know where I went to get the ID it is in the New Building where the beautiful sculpture of the late Dr.Martin Luther King on the first floor. Martin Luther King in Newark New Jersey . Your response is unjustified. Ty

The phone operators is very unprofessional, they laugh at you on the phone, they don't try to work with you, they act like they're driving you themselves.

They are extremely informative and understanding and patient from Ms Torres to Ms. Creamer. When I walked pass several desk everyone said good morning which is rare these days. I had no knowledge regarding steps necessary to assist senior with medicaid, medicare, or power of attorney. I was assisted and wasn't made to feel as if I was a bother or uneducated for my lack of knowledge. My mind was finally put at ease after my visit. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I appreciate all the assistance that was provided.
