No job is perfect you do the best you can you follow the rules are you put your best foot forward. Not all days will be happy not all days will be sad some days will go so smooth and then some days would be chaotic. When we all work together as one things could work out smooth. I've had some of the best times in my life at this facility and I seen some improvements and the residents that have come in and I'm going onto better things in life just because we were there. You can't make everyone happy but just do her job to the best of your ability and let God take care of the rest
