I have enjoyed the environment at Colonial Club Condos for more than a decade. My friends have owned for many years, first a place on the first floor that required a short walk to view the water, then later a second story condo with Intracoastal view. The community pool area is quite large, providing comfortable space to lay out for sun or sit poolside. The pool area is also located adjacent to the intracoastal providing a beautiful view. The Jaycee park is located a short walk from the condos. Just off Federal Highway, this community is conveniently located next to many shops, and restaurants. The association maintains the building in a good state of order. The common areas are well maintained with a variety of local ornamental plants in a smartly designed landscape.
