Selection and quality down from 5 years ago. Salespeople unhelpful and all looked depressed. It was the place to go for cool clothe and selection and although prices remained stable, the quality has deteriorated. If you like standing in line for a long time to pay, looking at zombies around you, go there. Otherwise there are better stores around.

I love this Zara. If you see online, chances are this store will have it in stock. It's a large store with a great staff. Be mindful that it can get very busy most times.

Zara is a hot spot for us when shopping at Tysons. We didn't find anything on this trip, but last week we did. Will return over the holidays...
