I took their Virginia contractor's license A/B class (instructor Jay Ewen)this month, and passed all 3 exams yesterday. To the people who are complaining about the instructor's accent: it is nothing to do with his accent. It's about how much effort and time you're putting into your study. If you attend the classes, study, then take a mock testing they offer, then the actual exams were not hard. I am planning on taking the specialty class with them next. Thanks Ace Tech.

i visited Ace Tech Institute. today very disappointed from communication, i made appointment with todd wise. i was there to to signup for there few of the classes, starting from tomorrow and and next moth, had few question, i all before i drive there front desk ( Spanish girl) conform he is there by the the time i reach its take me 1 hour and he left i ask you you did not inform me he let so i do not have to come, she did not let me meet other Instructor he was there, she told me she will she will send me an email about my questions and pricing, and required documents for pre qualification from dpor. she did not send me any this i feel she was lie he was there and ask me to come and signup. i did not understand why she do that. pretty much i wast my 3 hour. i did not signup just because of her attitude. i had spend good time with Spanish customer i did not understand what they was talking about but with she could not not answer me any thing more then she answer at phone call was the point to go in office and make appointment with instituter not meeting him. of course she did not give there contact info if any one have to contact if is the way to reach any one, so i chose this way i will be losing few months in process. thanks to her

I paid $500 for the class and due to the pandemic I never went to take the exam. Since my 6 month grace period is up.. I was told I need to retake the class and pay another $200... I feel robbed :(
